joining us, by yo tech analyst at iq, and, steve, thank you so much for joining us. do you expect the deal to get done, do you believe the price offered is a good price? does it get done? >> okay, well, thanks for having me, first of all, and second of all, right now, the reports that have been thrown about, i believe you said it was $130 a share, those were unconfirmed reports from bloomberg at this point. i think there is the opportunity for another acquisition party or initiative party to emerge that has not yet done so, so while the 130 has been reported, i think there's room for potential interests before a deal happens. in terms of whether the price is a fair one, i guess that is always in the eye of the beholder. it's worth noting that at current levels, there's a 50% premium or price that would reflect a 50% premium from where the stock was prior to the initial offer last month at $120 a share, so that would be a healthy premium. however, the $146 price on stock reflected the likelihood of additional parties being interested, given the scarcity of the assets.
